Yes — but the trustee and beneficiaries can’t also hold separate accounts. If you’re a trustee or beneficiary of a trust that owns a Juice Plus+ account, you can’t hold another account or have any interest in one.
Purchasing products from another direct sales company is allowed. However, trying to build another direct sales company in addition to your Juice Plus+ business will lead to cross-company recruiting, which isn’t allowed.
We get it — sometimes things change. If you’d like to move to a new Sponsor, you’ll first need to resign your current Position and observe a Period of Inactivity (6 or 12 months, depending on your rank) before reapplying under a new Sponsor.
We discourage combining companies because it can easily slip into cross company recruiting, which isn’t allowed.
To keep our brand voice consistent, Partners shouldn’t speak to or respond to any media about Juice Plus+, our products, or the business — that includes TV, radio, podcasts, newspapers, and any other media outlet.
All media communication runs through Juice Plus+, so the information shared stays accurate, consistent, and on brand.
If a media enquiry lands in your inbox or DMs, hand it straight to the Compliance Department or your Regional Director — they’ll take it from there.
Each Partner has one position in the Juice Plus+ Business — that’s your single home for building, earning, and growing. If more than one application is submitted, only the first one we receive and accept will be recognised.
No — that’s cross company recruiting, which isn’t allowed.
In the UK, yes — as a self employed Independent Partner, you can register your business. Most Partners go the sole trader route with HMRC, but you’re free to set up a limited company through Companies House if that suits you better. Either way, keep clean records, file your annual tax returns, and follow Juice Plus+ guidelines and UK advertising laws. Local rules vary, so check the Policies & Procedures for your specific region.
- As a Partner in Italy you cannot register as a business
- In Spain you can register as a business
Absolutely — your story is one of the most authentic ways to inspire others. Keep it honest, keep it positive, and stick to our approved product claims. You’ll find the official product benefits on our Benefits – Juice Plus GBP page.
If you share beforeandafter photos, keep them consistent — same lighting, clothes, background, and expression. Avoid dramatic shifts that suggest someone goes from unwell to healthy; that crosses the line.
Remind your audience that results vary — and that lifestyle plays a huge role: eating well, staying active, drinking water, getting good sleep, and managing stress. Juice Plus+ supports the body naturally, but doesn’t treat or cure medical conditions, so steer clear of mentioning specific illnesses.
When in doubt, add the right disclaimer — and if you’re ever unsure, Compliance is just a message away.
Yes — and many Partners find this is where the real momentum kicks in. Share the Juice Plus+ products and Business Opportunity with people who’d love them, and you can sponsor them as new Independent Partners. There’s no obligation to sponsor, but the door is wide open whenever you’re ready. Every prospective Partner chooses their own sponsor at enrolment and joins the organisation directly under them.
No — Partners are self‑employed, so “Juice Plus+” shouldn’t appear as your employer on social media or LinkedIn. List your role as “Independent Partner at Juice Plus+” instead, and pair it with the Partner logo (available HERE).
Not “Juice Plus+” on its own — but “Juice Plus+ Independent Partner” works perfectly in your email signature, provided the rest of your email stays compliant. You’re welcome to add your replicated website link too.
Paid ads aren’t part of the Juice Plus+ playbook. They can tilt the playing field and create compliance headaches we’d rather you avoid. Instead, lean into organic growth — share lifestyle content, build genuine connections on social media, and use the official assets in the You+JuicePlus app. It keeps everyone on an even footing, and your business firmly aligned with our guidelines.
Purchasing products from another direct sales company is allowed. However, trying to build another direct sales company in addition to your Juice Plus+ business will lead to cross-company recruiting, which isn’t allowed.
No — only a natural person can hold a Juice Plus+ account, and that person is fully responsible for the Position. You can add a business name to your account for reference or branding, but the account itself stays with you. Each person can hold one account, and one interest in that account.
Yes — provided they’re not a Juice Plus+ customer or Independent Partner.
Yes — compliance follows you wherever you talk about the products, even indirectly, because your audience will still see you as an Independent Partner. Avoid noncompliant product claims and any misleading earnings or opportunity statements. Stick to the approved wording you’ll find on the official Juice Plus+ website, You+JuicePlus app, and other company resources — plus the examples in our prepared materials.
Quick and simple — log in to your Back Office, head to My Profile or Account Settings, update what you need, and hit Save. If anything trips you up, our Partner Support team is just a message away through the portal.
Think lifestyle, not catalogue. Share healthyliving tips, vibrant recipes, and your own story — content people genuinely want to see. Stay engaging and compliant by avoiding medical claims and sticking to approved language. Show up authentically through comments, videos, and stories, and lean on‐brand, highquality visuals that look unmistakably Juice Plus+. Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok are perfect playgrounds for building trust and showcasing your business in a positive, professional way.
Juice Plus+ products aren’t designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. When you spot a question like this on your page, take it down and follow up with the person privately using approved claims. Never make medical claims, even in good faith — protect your audience and your business.
To update the name on your Juice Plus+ account, please submit the following:

You earn in two powerful ways. First, retail profit on every product you sell directly to customers. Then, as your team grows, you can unlock percentage based commissions on the orders they place too — so your earning potential scales with your team. All the details are in the Compensation Plan on the You+JuicePlus+ app.
Bonuses are one of the most rewarding parts of the plan. As you progress and hit the requirements for each position, you unlock bigger bonuses — all the way up to our top tier, PMD+. The higher you climb, the more you earn. See the Compensation Plan on the You+JuicePlus+ app. for the full bonus structure.
Live the values out loud. Lead authentically — be transparent and consistent. Build community through collaboration and giving back. Keep it simple by breaking big goals into bitesize steps. Stay approachable, welcome feedback, and create a safe space for ideas. Hold the bar high on quality. Make decisions with the long term in mind, invest in your team’s growth, and lean into inclusivity so everyone feels valued. Bring these into your daily actions and you’ll build a supportive, high performing team that runs on Juice Plus+ values.
Welcome aboard! Your journey starts in the Back Office/ You+JuicePlus+ app — log in, dive into the onboarding training, and get to know our products, tools, and guidelines. Most Partners hit the ground running by mastering the basics first and exploring everything we’ve built to set you up for success.
We get it — sometimes the fit isn’t right. If you’d like to move teams, you’ll first need to step away from Juice Plus+ entirely for six or twelve months, depending on your rank. Once that period is complete, our Placements department can help you reactivate your account and request a new Sponsor. Any questions along the way? Compliance is here to help.
A true earnings claim is real, factual, and substantiated through the Compensation Plan — and it gives a fair picture of what people can reasonably achieve at different income levels.
An earnings claim is “typical” when it reflects what the vast majority of Independent Partners can realistically expect. For example, every Independent Partner can expect retail sales profit on the sales they make directly to customers. What they can’t expect is significant income without consistent effort and activity — like any business, you reap what you sow.
Everything you need is in the You+JuicePlus app — product fact sheets, compliance guidelines, and marketing materials all spell out the approved claims and language you can use. Want more? Every Juice Plus+ product also has its own page on the official Juice Plus+ website, complete with labels, consumption instructions, and benefits.
It couldn’t be easier — share your official Partner link and your customer orders directly through your Partner website. Before they check out, walk them through the essentials: the instalment plan if they choose it, how long their product will last, and our straightforward returns policy. A confident customer is a loyal customer.
Make every presentation feel personal — speak to your audience, lean into your “why”, and highlight the product that fits the moment, whether that’s capsules, chewables, or shakes. Keep the core message front and centre: Juice Plus+ supports a healthy lifestyle by complementing daily nutrition, not replacing it.
Every position has its own milestones — specific volume thresholds and qualifying legs. Hit them, and you move up. Some positions ask you to maintain that level for a few consecutive months before the promotion locks in, so consistency really pays off. The full criteria are in the Compensation Plan on the You+JuicePlus+ app.
If you wish to remove a co-applicant from your account, you will need to contact Customer Service, who will guide you through the options available based on your specific situation.
Please note that consent from both parties may be required, particularly if the account is jointly managed or financially linked.
- A copy of the Death Certificate.
- Official documentation of who’s the executor of the estate and who’s the successor or next of kin (or who holds power of attorney, if applicable).
The next of kin, successor, or executor of the estate may transfer the account instead. Please send the following to Compliance:
- A copy of the Death Certificate.
- Official documentation of who’s the executor of the estate and who’s the successor or next of kin (or who holds power of attorney, if applicable).
Culture is the engine of longterm success. It drives engagement, tie's purpose to performance, and builds trust inside and outside your team. It fuels adaptability and innovation, keeps quality and compliance front of mind, and supports wellbeing and growth. When shared values show up in everyday actions, you create the kind of resilient, high performing environment that sustains real success over time.
If a divorce decree or settlement awards one former spouse the other’s Position (in whole or in part), we’ll recognise the change only when it’s carried out in line with the Compensation Plan and our Policies & Procedures, including this Section 3.3 and Section 3.5. Because no individual can directly or indirectly own, control, or hold an interest in more than one Position, anyone who would end up with more than one as a result of a divorce must promptly take the steps we require to come into compliance — typically by transferring one Position with our prior written consent or voluntarily resigning one Position.
We won’t recognise any attempt to divide a single Position, its related Downline Organisation, or the rights and benefits tied to it between two or more individuals. In contested or unclear situations, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, place restrictions on one or both Positions (including holding commissions and bonuses) until we receive documentation we consider sufficient to administer the Positions in line with the Compensation Plan and our Policies & Procedures.
Through:
- upholding strict ethics standards
- enforcing transparent return and buyback policies
- monitoring product and income claims
- providing a clear complaintresolution process
- suspending or removing companies that breach ethical guidelines
The Code of Ethics requires member companies to:
- share clear, accurate information about earnings potential
- offer reasonable buyback terms on unsold products
- avoid pressuring sellers to load up on inventory
- back sellers with training and compliance tools
- prohibit deceptive or coercive recruiting practices
Make the most of the assets we’ve created for you. Head to the You+JuicePlus app for brand approved logos, templates, and social media graphics — designed to look great and save you time. Use them consistently, follow the brand guidelines, and resist tweaking the designs. Pair them with compliant messaging and check back regularly for fresh content, so you're marketing always looks polished, professional, and unmistakably Juice Plus+.
No — a Juice Plus+ Partner can only hold one account. The singleaccount rule keeps everyone aligned with the marketing plan, helps prevent fraud, and keeps the playing field level for all Partners.
These things happen — sometimes a Partner doesn’t fully understand our policy on moving teams. If you discover this on your team, get in touch with Compliance and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
Get in touch with Partner Support or Compliance — they’ll confirm whether your account is still active and guide you through renewal, any cooling off requirements, and your rejoining option
Yes — any images we’ve provided in the You+JuicePlus appear fair game, used alongside approved language during your presentation.
Yes — send them straight to your Juice Plus+ business site to make purchasing easy.
Only if it follows the Partner Guidelines. You can describe yourself as an “Independent Partner at Juice Plus+” and include your personal website — but please steer clear of the logo or branding in any way that could suggest company endorsement. Not sure? Send your flyer to the Compliance Team for a quick review.
Absolutely — if your spouse is already an Independent Partner, you can join us too. You’ll enrol on the directly sponsored Downline of your spouse’s organisation, so you’re building side by side from the start.
Yes — go for it. Just keep them free; charging for these classes is discouraged and could put you in breach of policy.
Treat YouTube as a social media platform. You can use Juice Plus+ trademarks in a video as long as your content is compliant — no disease claims and no misleading income claims.
Absolutely. Speak freely about Juice Plus+ as long as you stick to approved language and steer clear of disease claims about our products.
Our guidelines don’t allow Partners to market under their own brand or use the Juice Plus+ name in a way that suggests ownership or official affiliation beyond being an Independent Partner. That means no “Juice Plus+” in domain names, social media handles, or YouTube channel names — it can leave your audience unsure whether the content comes officially from us.
Lean on the official marketing materials and your personalised Juice Plus+ website instead — they’re built to keep your brand consistent and your business compliant.
If you’re ever unsure whether your marketing fits the brief, check the Partner Policies & Procedures, or get in touch with the Compliance Team — better safe than sorry.
Yes — email is a great channel for staying in touch with customers. Just keep your language compliant whenever you mention Juice Plus+ products.
Yes — you’re welcome to use the Independent Partner Logo in your cover photo or profile picture. The Juice Plus+ Trademark itself is only available where we’ve provided the image through the You+JuicePlus app.
Yes — we love it when you share. Everything we publish uses approved claims, so it’s a brilliant example of how to talk about Juice Plus+. Just keep an eye on the comments on your post and make sure others stay on the compliant side too.
In simple terms, a claim is anything you say about our products, the business opportunity, or the lifestyle that goes with them. Every claim you make should be honest, accurate, and in line with our guidelines and the law — protecting your audience, your reputation, and your business.
- Product Claims
Anything you say about what Juice Plus+ products do or what’s inside them.
- Weight Loss and Weight Management Claims
Anything you say about losing or managing weight with Juice Plus+.
- Income and Lifestyle Claims
Anything you say about the money you can make or the lifestyle you can enjoy as a Juice Plus+ Partner.
Your personal story is one of your most powerful tools — feel free to share your own experience with Juice Plus+ products with customers or prospective Partners. What you can’t do is go beyond the claims Juice Plus+ has officially approved, whether about how a product performs, its health benefits, or its nutritional properties. A health claim is anything that states, suggests, or implies a link between using a Juice Plus+ product and a beneficial health effect. A nutrition claim is anything that states, suggests, or implies the product has particular nutritional properties based on its calories, energy, or the nutrients it contains.
Any time you mention earnings, follow it with a disclaimer. Running a training session or class on the Juice Plus+ business opportunity? Add it to any slide that talks about income. Same goes on social media — pair an opportunity and earnings disclaimer with every relevant post.
Example disclaimer:
“This illustration is for educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of income. Success in this business takes hard work, dedication, and strong sales skills.”
Key Areas Requiring Disclaimers
+ Product & Health Claims
Statements suggesting a product can treat, cure, or prevent an illness are strictly off-limits. For any health-related claim, stick to substantiated clinical research and link back to trusted sources like juiceplus.com.
+ Income & Lifestyle Claims
Anything you say about potential earnings, luxurious lifestyles, or financial success needs a disclaimer alongside it — that’s how you keep your messaging credible and your audience well informed.
Add a disclaimer any time you mention earnings. For example, if you’re posting on social media about the Juice Plus+ business opportunity, the disclaimer goes alongside anything you say about potential income. The same applies to talk of luxurious lifestyles or financial success — keep your audience informed, and your content credible.
Our culture is anchored in seven core beliefs — Authenticity, Community, Simplicity, Approachability, Quality, Longevity, and Inclusivity — driven by a mission to inspire healthy living and a commitment to giving back through our Foundation. Together they shape our brand, our community, and the familystyle culture that makes Juice Plus+ feel like home.
Juice Plus+ products support your health in a whole range of ways — and the science backs it up. We invest in goldstandard research to understand how plant based nutrition can help our bodies thrive. To see the full picture, visit our Benefits – Juice Plus GBP to learn more.
- I am over the age of 18.
- I have no personal circumstances that conflict with the economic interests of Juice Plus+ (for example, I am not under legal guardianship).
- I am not insolvent, and there is no insolvency application currently in progress.
- I have no previous criminal convictions.
- I have full legal capacity.
As a sponsor, you’re a coach, mentor, and cheerleader rolled into one. That means delivering ongoing training and guidance, keeping communication open, and showing up whenever your team has questions or needs a boost. The stronger your support, the stronger your team. For all the specifics, see our Policies & Procedures.
Keep it simple — the title “Juice Plus+ Independent Partner” and your replicated website link are exactly right for a business card.
Take a moment to scroll back through your channels and tidy up anything that isn’t compliant — edit it or delete it. If a non‑compliant post is still live, it’s still a risk.
Start with a personal conversation — listen and understand what’s really going on. Reconnect them with the Juice Plus+ mission, offer support and flexibility, and set clear, achievable goals to rebuild their confidence. If they decide to step back, respect that choice, keep the relationship warm, and note down what you’ve learned to strengthen how you engage your team in the future. If a Partner remains inactive after some time, contact Compliance to discuss next steps.
Lead with compassion and patience. Be there for the family throughout the transfer or suspension process — your kindness in this moment matters most. Our Compliance team is here to support you on the practical steps too.
It happens — get in touch with Compliance directly and we’ll walk you through how to resolve it.
Our culture is built on friendliness and support. Sometimes you’ll meet someone who feels a real connection with you and wants to switch — but the right move is to encourage them to work with their current Sponsor first, and to contact our Compliance department directly if they have questions about switching teams. Never encourage anyone to go inactive, route through a spouse, or work around the rules to join you — that’s classed as recruiting and isn’t allowed.
Sometimes Sponsor relationships hit a rough patch — and we know these situations can feel personal and complicated. If you’re not getting the support you need, reach out to Compliance. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re looked after.
If you spot that a downline member was already enrolled on another team before joining yours, reach out to Compliance. Mistakes happen — we’ll work with you to put it right.
The DSA is here to:
- Promote ethical business standards across direct selling
- Speak up for the industry with lawmakers and regulators
- Educate consumers and sellers on best practice
- Provide member companies with resources, support, and networking opportunities
Congratulations! Each Partner keeps and continues to run their own Juice Plus+ Business — your individual hard work and momentum stay yours.
Congratulations! Each Partner keeps and continues to run their own Juice Plus+ Business — your individual hard work and momentum stay yours.
Each Partner can carry on running their own Position after a divorce or legal separation — unless the divorce decree or settlement agreement says otherwise.
If you’re the next of kin, successor, or executor, follow the steps above to close the account, transfer it, or promote the co-applicant to primary account holder. Once your paperwork is in order, get in touch with Compliance about the commissions.
Stepping in to support members of your downline who were enrolled by someone else is absolutely encouraged when it’s needed. If you notice Partners on your team aren’t consistently supporting their own people, give Compliance a shout and we’ll help work it out.
Cross company recruiting rules apply specifically to other direct sales companies — but they can also catch affiliate marketing if there’s a recruiting element involved.
In that case, the member chooses which account to keep and arranges any necessary transfers. The other account will need to be closed.
Results will vary based on personal circumstances, including skills, time, and effort. No specific income or outcome can be guaranteed.
As an Independent Partner, you’re your own boss — fully self employed, not an employee of Juice Plus+. You choose how you build, who you serve, and how far you go.
It’s exactly what it sounds like — your business without borders. Juice Plus+ operates across multiple countries where our market is officially established, and instead of selling through traditional retail, we put products directly into customers’ hands. It’s our Independent Partners, building and running their businesses across regions and markets, who make that possible.
The Compensation Plan is your roadmap to growth. As your customer base and team expand, your activity grows with them — opening new positions, bigger commissions, and fresh milestones to aim for. Each step may come up with its own requirements, but they’re all designed to reward the work you’re putting in. Find out the full plan on the You+JuicePlus+ app.
Direct selling is legal, and it’s all about putting real products or services into customers’ hands.
Pyramid schemes, by contrast, are illegal — they rely on recruiting rather than genuine product sales.
That’s why the DSA requires member companies to:
- tie compensation to sales of real products
- prohibit earnings based solely on recruitment
- make clear, realistic income claims
The DSA is the national trade association that champions companies in direct selling — businesses that bring products and services straight to consumers without a fixed retail store. It’s the industry’s voice, providing advocacy, clear guidelines, oversight, and education for its member companies.
The Code of Ethics is the rulebook every DSA member company is required to follow.
It sets clear requirements for:
- truthful marketing claims
- transparent income disclosures
- fair and ethical treatment of sellers
- buyback and refund policies
- responsible product claims
- antipyramid standards
The Code is mandatory for all members and enforced by the DSA’s independent administrator.
Juice Plus+ doesn’t decide how divorcing spouses split ownership interests or other rights between themselves. We administer Positions in line with the Compensation Plan, our Policies & Procedures, applicable law, and any court order or written documentation we consider sufficient.
Always keep earnings claims honest, accurate, and backed up by real, verifiable facts. That credibility is what builds real trust — and real businesses. See the guidance below for more.
You’re fully equipped from day one. Your toolkit includes product knowledge, ready-made marketing assets, training modules, compliance guidance, and your own Partner website — all available through our official platforms: the website, Back Office/ You+JuicePlus app.
Members are companies that put products straight into consumers’ hands through models like:
- person-to-person sales
- in-home demonstrations
- online or social media driven sales
- party-plan selling
- independent distributor/consultant networks
These companies operate across health and wellness, beauty, home care, financial services, personal products, kitchenware, and beyond.
Your personal website is your business command centre. Manage orders online, market new customers with the link generator, and track your team’s monthly growth — all in one place. You’ll get a personal dashboard, your team’s stats, and resources, “My Office” settings, and full access to Juice Plus+ services.
Share your personal link anywhere your audience hangs out — social media or your own websites.
+ Social Media Posts: When promoting products or sharing success stories.
+ Presentations and Speeches: During training or motivational talks about the business.
Disclaimers make it clear there are no guaranteed results — protecting your audience, your reputation, and your business from legal or regulatory bumps along the way.
No — dropping your link on another Partner’s post is poor form. It can look like you’re pulling potential customers away from their content, which damages relationships and reflects badly on your brand. Show up supportively instead: like, comment positively, or share their post — and focus on driving sales through your own channels.
Like clockwork — commissions are processed and paid around the 10th of the following month. So, January earnings, for example, land around 10 February. For all the details, check the Compensation Plan on the You+JuicePlus+ app.
When the Company posts and people show interest, please don’t reply on that post with your personal website or business link. Corporate posts exist to build brand awareness — they’re not a stage for promoting personal business pages.
Instead, invite them to message you privately, or reach out to them directly to keep the conversation going. It keeps everything compliant and respects the role of our corporate channels.
Everything you need is right inside your Back Office/ You+JuicePlus app — getting started guides, product knowledge, compliance essentials, and business building basics, all in one place and ready when you are.
Yes — use “Independent Partner for Juice Plus+” wherever it counts: business cards, Facebook posts, Instagram, emails, and beyond. Just pair it with approved claims and compliant language.

Each Partner has one position in the Juice Plus+ Business — that’s your single home for building, earning, and growing. If more than one application is submitted, only the first one we receive and accept will be recognised.
Absolutely — if your spouse is already an Independent Partner, you can join us too. You’ll enrol on the directly sponsored Downline of your spouse’s organisation, so you’re building side by side from the start.
Congratulations! Each Partner keeps and continues to run their own Juice Plus+ Business — your individual hard work and momentum stay yours.
Because at Juice Plus+, your earnings come from real results — your personal product sales and the sales generated by your team. We don’t pay for simply signing people up; we reward you for building a thriving, customer led business.
We get it — sometimes things change. If you’d like to move to a new Sponsor, you’ll first need to resign your current Position and observe a Period of Inactivity (6 or 12 months, depending on your rank) before reapplying under a new Sponsor.
As an Independent Partner, you’re your own boss — fully self employed, not an employee of Juice Plus+. You choose how you build, who you serve, and how far you go.
Quick and simple — log in to your Back Office, head to My Profile or Account Settings, update what you need, and hit Save. If anything trips you up, our Partner Support team is just a message away through the portal.
Yes — use “Independent Partner for Juice Plus+” wherever it counts: business cards, Facebook posts, Instagram, emails, and beyond. Just pair it with approved claims and compliant language.
Keep it simple — the title “Juice Plus+ Independent Partner” and your replicated website link are exactly right for a business card.
Yes — email is a great channel for staying in touch with customers. Just keep your language compliant whenever you mention Juice Plus+ products.
Not “Juice Plus+” on its own — but “Juice Plus+ Independent Partner” works perfectly in your email signature, provided the rest of your email stays compliant. You’re welcome to add your replicated website link too.
Congratulations! Each Partner keeps and continues to run their own Juice Plus+ Business — your individual hard work and momentum stay yours.
To update the name on your Juice Plus+ account, please submit the following:

Each Partner can carry on running their own Position after a divorce or legal separation — unless the divorce decree or settlement agreement says otherwise.
Juice Plus+ doesn’t decide how divorcing spouses split ownership interests or other rights between themselves. We administer Positions in line with the Compensation Plan, our Policies & Procedures, applicable law, and any court order or written documentation we consider sufficient.
If you wish to remove a co-applicant from your account, you will need to contact Customer Service, who will guide you through the options available based on your specific situation.
Please note that consent from both parties may be required, particularly if the account is jointly managed or financially linked.
No — only a natural person can hold a Juice Plus+ account, and that person is fully responsible for the Position. You can add a business name to your account for reference or branding, but the account itself stays with you. Each person can hold one account, and one interest in that account.
Yes — but the trustee and beneficiaries can’t also hold separate accounts. If you’re a trustee or beneficiary of a trust that owns a Juice Plus+ account, you can’t hold another account or have any interest in one.
It happens — get in touch with Compliance directly and we’ll walk you through how to resolve it.
No — a Juice Plus+ Partner can only hold one account. The singleaccount rule keeps everyone aligned with the marketing plan, helps prevent fraud, and keeps the playing field level for all Partners.
Get in touch with Partner Support or Compliance — they’ll confirm whether your account is still active and guide you through renewal, any cooling off requirements, and your rejoining option
Juice Plus+ products support your health in a whole range of ways — and the science backs it up. We invest in goldstandard research to understand how plant based nutrition can help our bodies thrive. To see the full picture, visit our Benefits – Juice Plus GBP to learn more.
Juice Plus+ products aren’t designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. When you spot a question like this on your page, take it down and follow up with the person privately using approved claims. Never make medical claims, even in good faith — protect your audience and your business.
Purchasing products from another direct sales company is allowed. However, trying to build another direct sales company in addition to your Juice Plus+ business will lead to cross-company recruiting, which isn’t allowed.
Yes — provided they’re not a Juice Plus+ customer or Independent Partner.
Cross company recruiting rules apply specifically to other direct sales companies — but they can also catch affiliate marketing if there’s a recruiting element involved.
Yes — go for it. Just keep them free; charging for these classes is discouraged and could put you in breach of policy.
No — that’s cross company recruiting, which isn’t allowed.
We discourage combining companies because it can easily slip into cross company recruiting, which isn’t allowed.
Treat YouTube as a social media platform. You can use Juice Plus+ trademarks in a video as long as your content is compliant — no disease claims and no misleading income claims.
Yes — we love it when you share. Everything we publish uses approved claims, so it’s a brilliant example of how to talk about Juice Plus+. Just keep an eye on the comments on your post and make sure others stay on the compliant side too.
Take a moment to scroll back through your channels and tidy up anything that isn’t compliant — edit it or delete it. If a non‑compliant post is still live, it’s still a risk.
Yes — you’re welcome to use the Independent Partner Logo in your cover photo or profile picture. The Juice Plus+ Trademark itself is only available where we’ve provided the image through the You+JuicePlus app.
No — Partners are self‑employed, so “Juice Plus+” shouldn’t appear as your employer on social media or LinkedIn. List your role as “Independent Partner at Juice Plus+” instead, and pair it with the Partner logo (available HERE).
Absolutely. Speak freely about Juice Plus+ as long as you stick to approved language and steer clear of disease claims about our products.
Sometimes Sponsor relationships hit a rough patch — and we know these situations can feel personal and complicated. If you’re not getting the support you need, reach out to Compliance. We’ll work with you to make sure you’re looked after.
Stepping in to support members of your downline who were enrolled by someone else is absolutely encouraged when it’s needed. If you notice Partners on your team aren’t consistently supporting their own people, give Compliance a shout and we’ll help work it out.
These things happen — sometimes a Partner doesn’t fully understand our policy on moving teams. If you discover this on your team, get in touch with Compliance and we’ll help resolve it quickly.
If you spot that a downline member was already enrolled on another team before joining yours, reach out to Compliance. Mistakes happen — we’ll work with you to put it right.
The DSA is the national trade association that champions companies in direct selling — businesses that bring products and services straight to consumers without a fixed retail store. It’s the industry’s voice, providing advocacy, clear guidelines, oversight, and education for its member companies.
Members are companies that put products straight into consumers’ hands through models like:
- person-to-person sales
- in-home demonstrations
- online or social media driven sales
- party-plan selling
- independent distributor/consultant networks
These companies operate across health and wellness, beauty, home care, financial services, personal products, kitchenware, and beyond.
The DSA is here to:
- Promote ethical business standards across direct selling
- Speak up for the industry with lawmakers and regulators
- Educate consumers and sellers on best practice
- Provide member companies with resources, support, and networking opportunities
The Code of Ethics is the rulebook every DSA member company is required to follow.
It sets clear requirements for:
- truthful marketing claims
- transparent income disclosures
- fair and ethical treatment of sellers
- buyback and refund policies
- responsible product claims
- antipyramid standards
The Code is mandatory for all members and enforced by the DSA’s independent administrator.
Through:
- upholding strict ethics standards
- enforcing transparent return and buyback policies
- monitoring product and income claims
- providing a clear complaintresolution process
- suspending or removing companies that breach ethical guidelines
The Code of Ethics requires member companies to:
- share clear, accurate information about earnings potential
- offer reasonable buyback terms on unsold products
- avoid pressuring sellers to load up on inventory
- back sellers with training and compliance tools
- prohibit deceptive or coercive recruiting practices
Direct selling is legal, and it’s all about putting real products or services into customers’ hands.
Pyramid schemes, by contrast, are illegal — they rely on recruiting rather than genuine product sales.
That’s why the DSA requires member companies to:
- tie compensation to sales of real products
- prohibit earnings based solely on recruitment
- make clear, realistic income claims
Yes — compliance follows you wherever you talk about the products, even indirectly, because your audience will still see you as an Independent Partner. Avoid noncompliant product claims and any misleading earnings or opportunity statements. Stick to the approved wording you’ll find on the official Juice Plus+ website, You+JuicePlus app, and other company resources — plus the examples in our prepared materials.
No — dropping your link on another Partner’s post is poor form. It can look like you’re pulling potential customers away from their content, which damages relationships and reflects badly on your brand. Show up supportively instead: like, comment positively, or share their post — and focus on driving sales through your own channels.
